Tai-Chi

Tai Chi, also known as Tai Chi Chuan, is a traditional Chinese martial art that combines physical exercise with meditation. Rooted in ancient Chinese philosophy, it emphasizes the balance between yin and yang, the opposing forces of nature. Tai Chi is characterized by slow, deliberate movements, deep breathing, and a focused mind, making it both a form of exercise and a meditative practice. Practitioners often perform a series of flowing, graceful postures that promote relaxation, flexibility, and inner calm. Tai Chi is not only valued for its health benefits, such as improving balance and reducing stress, but also for its spiritual aspects, helping individuals achieve harmony between body and mind.

Tai Chi Standing Stake

Tai Chi Standing Stake

The longer you stand, the longer you hold on, the lighter and lighter your whole body will feel. A slight wobble is normal.
Be sure to do all the movements and essentials correctly.
You will feel Leg swelling and feet hemp, that is because your body and mind are in a sate of peace, you can feel more clearly when Qi veins collide during adjustment. At ordinary times the mind is scattered, you are not sensitive to these feelings.

Kung Fu

Kung Fu

Chinese Kung Fu, also known as Wushu or martial arts, is a traditional Chinese practice that combines physical strength, agility, and mental discipline. Originating over 4,000 years ago, Kung Fu was initially developed for self-defense, hunting, and military training. It is deeply rooted in Chinese philosophy, particularly Confucianism, Taoism, and Buddhism, emphasizing inner peace, moral integrity, and harmony between body and mind.

Kung Fu includes various styles, each with unique techniques and forms, such as Shaolin, Wing Chun, and Tai Chi. These styles often mimic animal movements or focus on specific combat techniques. Beyond combat, Kung Fu is also practiced for health, fitness, and spiritual development, helping practitioners improve their balance, flexibility, and mental focus. Today, Kung Fu is recognized globally, admired for its beauty, complexity, and cultural significance.
